The Feynman Method is a simple way to learn by teaching.
Attributed to Richard Feynman, I plan to use it to learn complex topics by teaching them.
How? And to whom? It doesn’t matter.
What matters is that I am refining my thinking, my doubts, gaps in my understanding, by reframing the topic at hand from a consumer of knowledge to a producer of knowledge.
This is a key distinction I can use to learn, as it is very difficult to learn new, sometimes unrelated and complex topics in isolation, in a vacuum, or simply alone.
The Target Audience is You
From what I understand, the Feynman method defines a target audience for your knowledge that isn‘t you.
